Scholarships

Green For All launched an ambitious scholarships program to ensure that working-class communities of color were at the center of The Dream Reborn.  Thanks to the support of our allies, partners, sponsors, and online donors, The Dream Reborn was a truly inclusive conference: over 700 of approximately 1,100 attendees were offered financial support to attend.  We are pleased to announce we raised over $140,000 in scholarship support to meet travel, lodging, and registration needs for hundreds of incredible youth, community leaders, and organizations who would otherwise have been kept away by financial need.

We are proud that our Dream Reborn scholarships program was not marginal, but allowed the vast majority of our attendees to join us. We consider this an essential component to the conference's inspired success and the spirit of the movement going forward from The Dream Reborn. Be sure to watch the Dream Reborn attendees share their dreams on Green For All's homepage: www.greenforall.org.  Below you will find our scholarship website as it appeared before the conference.

How the Scholarship Program Works
In an effort to ensure that financial barriers do not prevent people from attending, we are offering scholarships to cover registration. We will also support some lodging, meals and travel costs in partnership with the attendee or related-sponsoring organizations.

If you can pay the conference costs on your own, or pay the reduced student/activist rate, we strongly encourage you to do so. A limited number of student/activist reduced rate spots are available on a first come first serve basis.

A group leader may sign up on behalf of a group, as well. However, we will need applications completed for each attendee, so each member will have registration materials available upon arrival at the conference.

Fundraising
We encourage conference attendees and allies across the nation to assist us in raising funds for lower income folks to attend. If your company or nonprofit would like to become a sponsor, please contact: miles@greenforall.org. (A limited number of exhibit booths in the Grand Lobby will be available to sponsors and sold at a discount to community partners.)

Please click here to become a sponsor. We thank you in advance for your generosity and vision.
